How can I update Mive.tv application from my phone?

Answer: Once you have the Mive.tv installed in your phone, press Options and than Update SW.

The application does not work in my phone ?

Answer: Please check if your phone is in the supported Symbian and Nokia Series 40 products or check if your phone supports FlashLite version 2.0, 2.1 and 3.0.

The application does not work in my Nokia N95 8G (USA)?

Answer: Nokia have some implementation issues (User 10 Error or application closing before connection) with FlashLite 3 on N95 8G. Make sure you have the latest SW version in your phone, if not, update it through Nokia Updater Application. We identified, as well, that if you change the phone language, it may start to work.

I can not install the applicatoin on my phone - "Certification not valid"?

Answer: For some products you have to follow these steps before you install it: 1 - Applications; 2 - Tools; 3 - Settings; 4 - Applications; 5 - App. Manager; 6 - Software installation - ALL; 7 - Online certificate check - OFF.
